My Expertise
I have been practicing as a licensed therapist since 2015, helping individuals and families navigate life's challenges. I specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, spiritual issues, and family and relationship issues. My professional experience includes work as a school-based therapist (grades 6-12), crisis counselor, adolescent and adult therapist, and clinical director.
My Services
I offer a variety of evidence-based counseling services, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Existential Therapy. I offer virtual therapy, as well as in office appointments. I serve adolescent (ages 13-17) and adult clients, and I accept both insurance and self-pay.
My Approach
I treat each client as unique, and my first goal is to understand your experience to the best of my ability. During the first appointment I look forward to hearing your story so we can explore what brings you to therapy, and begin to develop a treatment plan. During treatment we will work together to target the areas where you are feeling stuck, instill hope and meaning, and heal areas of woundedness.
